Job Description / Responsibility

• Provides the sales, marketing and business, and technological direction of the company.
• Project timeline analyses required resources for project development, estimates budget for programmes and projects, purchases and upgrades equipment.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ICT department including directing staff, who support administrative computing, networking, user services, and other information technology functions.
• Develop and implement a customer service platform to serve the company in every aspect.
• Design, establish, and maintain a network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity and remote access.
• Consult with administration, department managers, and manufacturing representatives to exchange information, present new approaches, and to discuss equipment/system changes.
• Participate in vendor contract negotiations for all new computer equipment and software purchased for the corporation.
• Propose hardware/software solutions to accomplish the company's business objective.
• Establish and direct the strategic and tactical goals, policies, and procedures for the information technology department.
• To follow-up and monitor Proxy Servers, Routers and Database Server maintenance & necessary data backup of every month.
• To ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly.
• Preparing standard documentation for all the application running in the company.
• Any special assignment provide by the Management.
• To interact with all stations at regional and country level to help, resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner.
• Building and managing a network of technology partners, including the technology-based initiatives of the Government of Bangladesh.
• Achieving a profit and productivity quota together with the Sales and Marketing Department

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university, MBA would be preferred as added qualification.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Experience of applying ICT solutions to development issues.
• Have knowledge on programming and database.
• IT experience in a multi-office & multi-national environment.
• Good customer focus, attitude and excellent interpersonal, excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues together with the support team.
