Job Description / Responsibility

• Assist in preparation of budgets by customer, products and market sector.
• Daily client visit Marketing, Email Marketing and Telemarketing.
• Preparing weekly work plan, daily client visit report, daily movement register and submit it concerned person.
• Monthly set sales target and define strategy to achieve targets and build customer base.
• Developing marketing plans, advertising campaigns and public relations strategies to increase company�s sales.
• Manage client meeting and presentation, prepare presentations and proposals.
• To promote company�s products to customer and manage and develop existing and new customer.
• To ensure yourself of good appearance and well manner when interacting with customer.
• To attend to customers complaints, enquiries or other needs immediately.
• Must have good knowledge to create effective sales planning and implantation the same for develop the dealer business.
• Able to create new business are through new dealer and visit respective dealer frequently.
• Must know the basics of web related issues ,Software, Business Logic Analysis & Web Based Application
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Graduate in Marketing/ CSE/ Business & IT preferable or any discipline from any reputed university, MBA in Marketing/MIS will get preference.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Additional Job Requirements

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service/dealer service, Sales
• Good Knowledge of IT.
• Should have strong negotiation skill and strong strategic thinking.
• Must be a team player and able to work under pressure.
• Monitors brochures of contracted customers, agents and representatives to ensure correct presentation of features and promotions of software products.
• Experience in GPS tracking system ,Fleet Management System ,market development in ERP, Accounting, POS, HR & Payroll, Procurement management, Fixed Assets etc. will be preferable.
